Vietnam Lawyers’ Commercial Arbitration Center (VLCAC) was established under License No. 12 / BTP / GP March 14, 2016 of the Ministry of Justice, is a non-governmental organization, independent and non-profit operation.

VLCAC has a team of professional arbitrators who are lawyers, economic, financial, trade, investment experts, professors, doctors … with
professionalism, qualifications and experience and acclaimed reputation in the field of resolving disputes.

The goal of VLCAC is to develop and implement a friendly, reliable,
objective, fair, convenient and effective dispute settlement mechanisms with respect towards the legal rights of the parties in dispute.

The mantra and operating principle of VLCAC is to respect the agreement and the discretion of parties in dispute on arbitrators, language, applicable law, location and time for dispute resolution; ensure equality of rights and obligations of the disputing parties; Arbitrators are independent, objective, with accordance with laws, work ethics and meet international standards; ensuring confidentiality of information through dispute resolution is conducted privately, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

VLCAC promotes the professionalism, humanity, interests and prestige of the disputing parties, scientific, practical and friendly working style so that Vietnamese and foreign business community can trust and rely on as a prestigious, responsible and reliable arbitration organization to resolve
disputes.

The VLCAC is competent and authorized to resolve disputes between parties arising from commercial activities; disputes arising between the parties in which at least one party has commercial activities and other disputes between the parties that are prescribed by law to be settled by Arbitration.
